Handling investment banking transaction such as DCM, PF, Sukuk and Shariah Complaint Debt Syndication etc limitations from starting to end.
Perform business and customer due designing teasers, diligence, overseeing marketing, churning credit approvals & distribution of transactions.
Assess financial models, financial statements, and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with external and internal value chain associates like legal, credit and Shariah.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have CFA/ ACCA/ CMA/ BBA or BS in Finance & Accounting.
At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry.
Strong understanding of Credit and Financial Analysis is necessary.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
