Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Accountable for delivering IT support in Hotel premise.
Wi-Fi devices, network switches, routers and access point tracking and general maintenance.
Tracking servers, interface’s system, network and antivirus client status based on guidelines and rules.
Responsible for Maintenance of UPS and other related power outages.
Handling network hardware like routers cabling, switches etc.
Perform System Installations.
Maintain support desk function and user call handling.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have BS/ MS degree in Computer Science or relevant from any reputed university.
At least have 2 – 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
Strong understanding in troubleshooting, programming and networking.
Robust knowledge about operating systems.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
