Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Determination of optimal in-stock and inventory weeks of supply to make the most of revenue opportunities, mitigate returns exposure and ensure on-shelf presence.
- Make sure that channel health metrics are understood and measures should be taken accordingly, comprising root cause examination and leading the cross-functional team determinations essential to initiative improvement.
- Supervise the demand planning with key customers in the region including the different stages of the product Life-Launch, refill and finish timeline.
- Discover approaches of enhancing cost to serve, including from order management practices to customer product delivery and through any supply chain customer reach point that will increase account-level lucrativeness.
- Make certain practical, data-oriented communication to key associates and customers in the area.
- Finish coordination with order management teams in the area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have a degree preferably in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain.
- At least have 5 years of formal Supply Chain/ Customer Logistics experience preferably in a Multinational Companies.
- Preferably have a background in Consumer Goods/ Consumer Electronics.
- Experience of working with Geographically Varied Teams.
- Easy working in a fast paced start-up environment acceptance changes every day.
- Capacity to communicate evidently and briefly.
- Understanding in demand replenishment planning models.
- Capability to think tactically with orientation to details at the same time.
- Great analytical skills with a mindset of taking significant decisions on a timely manner.
- Functions with discipline and with a high sense of insistence.
- Capability to recognize opportunities of development and find solutions to address them.
- Inspires new ideas, risk-taking and innovation.
- Results focused.
- Develop varied cooperative relationships both internally and externally.
- Availability to travel at least (20% of the time).
