Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Establish yearly budgets in association with pertinent divisions and senior board.
To make sure that stock is being reconciled on a regular basis by location staff, comprises sales, reassuring real time recording of purchases, stocks transfer in/ out by location staff.
Make sure of regular reported stocks is in line as per SAP stock.
Make sure accuracy in stock transit, comprises routine regular tracking to review transit stock against the build standard journey days.
To perform visits scheduled to locations to monitor business operations and perceive the appropriateness of controls.
To authenticate periodic inventory gain/ loss for related locations.
To make sure efficient execution of the ERP in sites and address problems with the consultants.
To validate hospitality bills of host depots.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Master’s degree in commerce, finance from any reputed university.
At least have 3+ years of experience in relevant industry.
Expertise in using SAP Business One and MS Excel knowledge like advance formulas, pivot table etc.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
