Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle development, planning, and implementing technical projects to fulfil targets and offer high-quality solutions within budget limitation.
- Classifying and determining complex technical problems, production serious decisions under pressure, and applying operational solutions to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with numerous departments to make sure unbroken addition of technical systems, offer best practices, and lead collective success throughout the company.
- Able to lead technical team members, deliver training to junior staff, and contribute to the expert growth of team members.
- Handle process enhancements, classify areas for improvement in technical support workflows, and revolutionize solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:
