Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluating, preparation and confirmation of amortization of prepaid expenses and monthly accruals.
- Maintaining recording of advertising vouchers in contradiction of work advances that has been unpaid before the next budget issuance and internal settlements of advertising tasks loans.
- Recording and Maintaining of petty cash expense.
- Keeping and Sustaining the GLs informed.
- BCs, GLs and LCs updated after closing projects.
- Assisting finance department in developing of Tax documents concerning FBR compliance as per prerequisite.
- Preparing, Recording & realization of GRN’s in specified time period.
- Examination and authentication of sales tax return on monthly basis and submission before deadline.
- Evaluation of ledger balances of sellers of goods and services by monthly.
- Cash flows and Budget preparation on monthly basis.
- Maintaining of seller liability aging statement, seller settlements and determining seller reconciliation variances in appropriate method.
- Recording of monthly salaries through payroll maintained sheets in SAP.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CMA qualified or other relevant professional certification.
- At least have 05 years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office and accounting Software.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
