Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage employee complaints and handle disciplinary act process.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives like iftar, annual picnic, sports activities etc.
- Make and declare all types of HR coordination like promotions, transfers, hiring, on-boarding etc.
- Supervise employer branding advantages comprising recruitment events and job fairs, social media promotions etc.
- Generate performance management procedures and monitor goals setting, mid-year evaluation and year-end considerations.
- Assistance in perform exit interviews and make effective off-boarding procedure.
- Communicate development and employee training programs.
- Handle full hiring processes comprising screening, sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates. Along with recruitment managers to offer major talent to the organization.
- Communicate the deliver procedure arranged with the company rewards procedure, encompassing benefits and negotiating salaries with new talent.
- Support efficient combination of new candidates by forming orientation program and make sure accomplishment of necessary documentation, deliver appropriate tools etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s in relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong experience in full-cycle hiring using numerous interview methods and assessment techniques.
- Good familiarity with resume database, social media and professional networks.
- Robust in using Microsoft Office like Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
