Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make detailed document with having data mockups and flow diagrams so as to finalize needs according to client.
- Track implementation plan for deliverables via regular contact with development team member and client to fulfil decided timelines.
- Deliver customer support for troubleshooting/ fixing bugs through email or call according to SLA.
- Assessment of major need and identification of procedures.
- Perform demos and meetings with businesses and clients.
- Support to business analyst in making Gap Analysis documentation.
- Conduct whole QA to impact developed custom modules.
- Research and appropriate methods use for the functionalities Apps appear on Odoo App Store.
- Examine client’s scope of work, need, and create solutions with coordination with the development team member.
- Provide training to customers.
- Responsible for performing on the complete implementation independently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ BBA/ BS-ERP/ MBA degree in or related field from any reputed university.
- At least done 2 – 3 project complete implementation.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
