Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Authenticate, assign, post and settle accounts receivable and payable.
- Generate error-free accounting reports and interpret their outcomes.
- Examine financial data and conclude financial position.
- Identify errors and advise methods to enhance effectiveness and expenditure.
- Deliver technical assistance and recommendation on Management Accountant.
- Evaluation and advice alterations to accounting systems and measures.
- Handle accounting bookkeepers and assistants.
- Take part in financial protocols setting and in estimate procedure.
- Deliver input into department’s aim setting procedure.
- Make financial statements and generate budget as per schedule.
- Support with tax returns and tax audits.
- Lead external and internal audits to make sure compliance.
- Design, plan, allocate and evaluate staff’s work.
- Assistance month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Make and record business procedures and accounting rules to keep and reinforce internal controls.
- Make sure compliance as per GAAP procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounting Manager to enhance financial processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ CPA/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Expertise in using Software like SAP, Tally, Quickbooks etc.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
