Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and keep robust client relations to make sure referral and repeat business.
- Complete deals and accomplish property transactions efficiently.
- Stay informed on property values, market trends and competitor actions.
- Establish and keep associations with stakeholders and clients.
- Make lead and lead them into successful sales by taking consideration of client preferences and needs.
- Perform property showcase and viewing characteristics that arrange as per client needs.
- Support clients with legal formalities, paperwork and financing options.
- Make new leads and sales opportunities via cold calling and networking.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Sales from any reputed university.
- At least have 1+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
