Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible to report on regular funds position to HOD treasury.
- Make and execute region-particular sales tactics to fulfil and surpass company sales aims.
- Perform daily performance reviews and deliver training to sales representatives to improve their productivity and skills.
- Coordinate with other department teams, comprising public health, marketing and medical affairs, to customize sales programs and campaigns that efficiently fulfil customer needs.
- Supervise, train and mentor a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives to generate performance.
- Set and track person and team sales aims, making sure arrangement as per company’s big objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 10 – 15 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
