Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform distributors and sales orders payments.
- Review and validating distributors’ claims.
- Review and validating field force expenses.
- Making sure activation of new distributors on time.
- Providing after sales assistance and rectify customers queries.
- Collaborate for discount and schemes offers.
- Making sure distributor data as per at master database.
- Perform recording of regular collection and volume achievement vs aim of provided regions sales team member.
- Evaluating the sales team progress, classify highlight and gaps enhancement areas.
- Support in making of advertising material and organizing events.
- Communicate related information to targeted regions sales team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
