Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Encouraging an endless development culture and execute best major practice management systems in the organization.
- Progress, provide training juniors, apply, and audit safety principles and guidelines.
- Track regular site tasks and deliver advice on controls and risks.
- Make sure compliance with all company measures, and supervisory and governmental necessities for Health and Safety.
- Make sure that OHS induction and training is delivered to all subcontractors and employees.
- Handle Subcontractor H&S compliance.
- Commence audits to authenticate compliance.
- Examine any damages, incidents and near errors and suggestion suitable counteractive actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
