Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make essential quality management forms, make sure correct record-keeping by staffs.
- Build training schedules, plans and deliver direction to latest recruited engineers for their professional development.
- Monitor complete new production introduction procedure, making sure quality control tactics are in position.
- Evaluate and handle risks relevant to batch issues in semi-finished products, raw materials, and finished products, making sure constant manufacturing.
- Make and execute a complete quality control tactics for manufacturing operations.
- Supervise constant enhancement measures to improve product quality and production procedures, performing root cause of quality problems and tracking performance.
- Keeping daily coronation with quality engineers to track performance, rectify concerns and collaboratively build solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BE degree in Telecommunication, Electronics engineering or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 3+ years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
