Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Machine maintenance & production planning as well as appropriate usage MMR.
- Permit for size set sample.
- Perform a pre-production meeting.
- Conduct in-line examination to review the quality.
- Track QC/ QA performance by collecting related production information and manufacturing.
- Present reports with all relevant departments and classify related quality training requirements and providing training.
- Accountable for each part of product assembly and quality control in the factory.
- Deliver adequate coaching and quality control seminars for company trainees.
- Making sure all production and quality concerns by Controlling & Auditing.
- Support technicians with reviewing specification/ configurations and production, classifying and rectifying manufacture inconveniencies in a correctly on time, and make a final judgement on quality as per company protocols and needs.
- Lead in the managing of sample assessment and manufacture submission by evaluating the workmanship, accessories, measurement, fitting etc., and recommend on production.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Sc. Degree in Civil, Architect from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
