Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and keep detailed project timelines using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with planning activities for numerous service projects and jobs.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering and filed team members to monitor progress and estimate challenges.
- Track resource equipment efficiency, availability and client targets.
- Make regular, weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client evaluation.
- Classify and highlight schedule risks and advises mitigation actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 7 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in using Excel and Primavera P6.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be fluent in English language.
- Understanding in cybersecurity is preferred.
- Strong analytical mind and a robust go-getter attitude.
