Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans, comprising milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and schedule project activities, making sure smooth utilization of resources and obeying to project schedules.
- Lead construction activities on-site, tracking progress, quality and protection.
- Execute quality control safety to make sure compliance as per project specifications and industry protocols.
- Perform risk evaluations, feasibility reports, and resource distribution planning.
- Monitor regular construction activities to make sure obeying to project plans and schedules and generate regular progress report.
- Classify cost-effective opportunities and execute tactics to improve project costs.
- Evaluate and permit contractor invoices, making sure correct and obeying to budgetary limitations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.E Civil/ M.E. Civil/ MS Project Management degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 – 10 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in using civil engineering software like MS Project, Primavera, AUTOCAD etc.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
