Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support in the making and execute of quality assurance protocols for all procurement procedures, making sure compliance as per company standards.
- Evaluate and classify procurement records for correct and compliance as per company regulations and protocols.
- Make sure the procurement process obey to all internal guidelines, processes and legal needs.
- Conduct checks on invoices, purchase orders, supplier contracts and delivery receipts.
- Collaborate with the finance and procurement departments to rectify issues and differences.
- Keep correct records of procurement actions for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Classify opportunities for process enhancement and work to execute smooth practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
