Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assess supplier performance metrics, build and negotiate appropriate conditions and terms with suppliers.
- Retain documents of all procurement related transactions and attain trackers with correctness for functional actions and future situations to make sure compliance with accounting procedures and organizational strategies.
- Sustain and maintain source of data, trends, supply channels, products/service ranges, buying patterns etc.to make sure the readiness of products and services as per needs.
- Communicate external & internal stakeholders in case of any inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with other departments to estimate procurement requirements and oversee inventory intensity.
- Liaising, inter-departmental and reporting coordination over all procurement stuffs with having support of cross functional team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- At least have 2 – 3 experience in relevant industry.
- Robust information of procurement procedures and procurement matters.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
