Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Improve work orders as per customer demand to reduced setup and manufacturing costs.
- Communicate and Schedule production activities effectively.
- Make sure efficient communication between logistics, sales, quality, maintenance, production and other related departments.
- Track factory output and conduct monthly, weekly and yearly capacity planning.
- Evaluate short-term material needs and handle mid to long-term raw material supply plans.
- Estimates and track material inventory levels to make sure optimal stock.
- Keep and update Bill of Materials and production calendars in MES, ERP and WMS systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or related field from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 experience in relevant industry.
- Robust information of procurement procedures and procurement matters.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
