Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge regarding project need, making time schedules, budgets that fulfil them.
- Understand current processes, and resolve issues accordingly.
- Tracking and monitoring project progress, and generate reports.
- Scheduling and attending meetings as needed.
- Able to delegate tasks and make sure workers receive feedback.
- Understand and fulfil all contract needs.
- Coordinate with supervisors, managers and the rest of the execution team.
- Evaluate technical drawings and delivering material and cost forecasts.
- Making sure all projects are finished on time and within targeted budgets.
- Establish and actively keeping positive customer relations with the client.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSc in Civil engineering or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- PEC registered engineer will be given priority.
- At least 4 – 5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Expertise in using software like MS office, Primavera.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
