Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll correctly and timely as per compliance with statutory and policies need.
- Assist in payroll deductions, salary disbursements and statutory contributions with regulatory compliance.
- Handle payroll operations and employee data by utilizing SAP-HR comprising final settlements.
- Evaluate HR budgets and take part in compensation benchmarking to improve benefits tactics.
- Monitor employee benefits programs and assist digitization of HR procedures for efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business administration, human resource, finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 01 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
