Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in maintenance, configuring and upgrade network.
- Perform installation and integration of new servers’ applications and hardware.
- Accountable for arrangement of internet, email accounts and wireless connectivity.
- Manage and assist third party software’s and applications.
- Handle DVR, CCTV camera and NVR.
- Make sure of connectivity and network security measures.
- Setup and installation of Biometric attendance machine.
- Handle and deliver assistance to WAN and LAN network devices.
- Track network performance like throughput, availability, utilization and latency and prepare test for vulnerabilities.
- Create permissions, passwords and user accounts.
- Rectify issues perceived by the users.
- Liable to elaborate network rules and regulations.
- Accountable for repair/ install computer hardware.
- Accountable to handle comprehensive and complete IT hardware inventory.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BS/ Computer Science or any relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
