Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Market visits on monthly basis for vendor sourcing and competitor’s investigation such as products, prices and trends.
- Handle sample/ proto development, and authorization.
- Evaluate pre-production samples and advise developments.
- Follow merchandise calendar and organize objectives to meet target.
- Communicate with the warehouse for product dispatch to outlets on time.
- Track production strategy and examine raw materials.
- Make sure fabric quantity and quality fulfil production protocols.
- Monitor line examination, ethical audits and final inspections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s and Master’s from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 4 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Expertise in visual displays, product selection and inventory management, usage trend analysis and vendor communication to increase sales and customer fulfilment.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
