Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Generate the company’s supply chain plan.
- Examine information from delivering and shipping procedures to treasure blocks and other concerns.
- Assess and provide report on KPIs.
- Track logistics to ensure they run effortlessly.
- Keeping supply chain records and inventory.
- Support and Train junior employees.
- Discover cost-saving way out for supply chain progressions.
- Determination concerns that appear such as accidents, postponements in delivery, etc.
- Coordinate with other departments to make synchronized strategies for business development.
- Improve and execute safety strategies in all features of the supply chain like use of forklifts, trucks etc.
- Make sure supply chain procedures fulfill lawful necessities and principles.
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to gain more lucrative deals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant from any reputed university.
- At least 7 – 10 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools such as power point, excel, word access.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
