Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise important projects with R&D to assist business objectives.
Create research plans including contemporary developments to enhance existing products and study the possible of new products.
Realize customer prospects over to-be manufactured products.
Evaluate and implement enhanced technologies used by competitors, suppliers, and customers.
Assist Director to recruit and establish R&D staffs.
Build project objectives and significances by cooperating with Operations and Marketing.
Transfer latest products, technologies, and manufacturing procedures into and ready for out of the company.
Research, plan, design and assess assemblies, materials, developments, and tools.
Advise training gears to improve employee skill and performance development.
Oversee team performance metrics and goals make sure meeting of objectives.
Manage Documentation of all stages of research and development.
Handle customer associations and conduct customer visits, RFP reviews, and perform product testing.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have BEE from any reputed university.
At least 8 – 10 years of experience in transformers, electronics or any cable manufacturing company industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding in research tactics, and development skills.
