Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal controls like execute, develop and keep efficient internal controls to examine risks and make sure compliance as per regulatory needs.
- Classify, evaluate and prioritize risks to organization and create tactics to ease risks.
- Examine the plan and operating impact of internal controls and classify areas for enhancement.
- Classify opportunities for procedures enhancement and execute modifications to increase smooth and efficiency.
- Conduct post audit activities like audit follow-up.
- Make and offer training programs to staff on internal controls, risk handling and compliance.
- Supervise and handle a team of internal controls staff, delivering training, direction and enhancement opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACCA/ CA/ ICMA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or relevant field from any reputed.
- At least have 8 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
