Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support in the making of organizational Risk Management Strategy.
- Make planning for regulatory, financial, compliance or operational audits / reviews.
- From time to time analyze and assess the efficiency of the control system in accordance to lessen risk and encourage the control philosophy of the organization.
- Perform special audit and performance audit inquiries when essential, or as per request by suitable government bodies.
- Coordinate with all related departments within the organization to make sure actual and well-organized auditing of processes.
- Collaborate audit actions with external auditors.
- Advise variations in strategies and measures in such a way that will effect absolutely on the attainment of the objectives and aims of the Audit department in the organization.
- Track and evaluate performance of every year carefully.
- Inspect and report on the organization’s fixed assets register on time.
- Take on any other related responsibilities that may be allocated on time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ CIA/ CPA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Finance or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 10 – 20 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
