Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make, execute and keep efficient internal controls to mitigate risks and make compliance with regulatory needs.
- Classify, evaluate and prioritize risks the organization and make tactics to rectify those risks.
- Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and classify areas of enhancement.
- Classify opportunities for process execute and improvements changes to increase efficiency and smoothness.
- Conduct post-audit activities, comprising audit follow-up.
- Make and offer training programs to employees on risk management, internal controls and compliance.
- Supervise and handle a team of internal controls professionals, training, offer guidance and development opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CIA/ ICMA part-qualified and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance from International Accounting Standards Board.
- At least have 8 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
