Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and handle the finance team, making sure efficient execution of accounting operations.
- Make and monitor monthly and yearly financial & management reports with deep financial analysis.
- Make sure correct general ledger maintenance and compliance as per accounting regulations.
- Facilitate external audits, making sure appropriate compliance and documentation.
- Monitor tax matters, comprising tax return fillings, compliance as per rules, and cooperate with tax bodies.
- Handle supplier & vendor payments, making sure accurate and timely processing.
- Perform product costing evaluation to assist business profitability and decision-making.
- Make sure compliance as per internal controls, financial protocols and company regulations.
- Interpret financial insights and strategic advises to upper management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ CMA/ ACCA/ M.Com/ MBA degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
