Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure compliance as per rules, related laws and industry protocols.
- Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow, make certain enough liquidity for operations.
- Improve cash management approaches to improve working capital and cash flow.
- Supervise the management of accounts receivable and payable.
- Make financial statements, forecasts and business activity reports
- Make monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Supervise Audit of financial documents and transactions.
- AP invoice preparation through goods and services.
- Evaluation and authentication bills on regular basis.
- Building department inclusive rules, practices and principles for enhancement and providing training for the team.
- Certify compliance with provisions of ITO, 2001, IFRSs, and Companies Act, 2017.
- Make budget forecasts.
- Make sure timely bank payments.
- Maintaining recording of advertising vouchers in contradiction of work advances that has been unpaid before the next budget issuance and internal settlements of advertising tasks loans.
- Recording and Maintaining of petty cash expense.
- Keeping and Sustaining the GLs informed.
- BCs, GLs and LCs updated after closing projects.
- Assisting finance department in developing of Tax documents concerning FBR compliance as per prerequisite.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or relevant from any reputed university.
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
