Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Make monthly objective in form of value or unit wise of targeted territories.
Create goals day wise and allot them to order bookers according to their areas to make sure operational coverage over all outlets.
Establish and create sales report according to assigned territories with categories to evaluate goals and KPIs accomplishment respectively.
Handle order bookers and lead them over target success by analyzing their performance metrics regular, make sure that they own complete information about the company products and resources which are needed to accomplish their work in an efficient way out.
Perform market visits to make sure that impactful coverage and increase productivity is gained over all outlets in the targeted areas, along understanding customer activities and market dynamics.
Make sure that trade marketing actions are brought out over all outlets according to the Trade Marketing tactics.
Make strategy for efficient sales generation and design PJPs by analyzing and monitoring targeted territories.
Establish associations with distributors assigned by building and arranging equally valuable goals to optimize target and achievement of tactical objectives.
Proficiently handle budgets and estimate sales as per targeted territories and create judgement which increase returns, reduced costs and generate lucrative revenue management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must be Intermediate and Bachelors from reputed university.
At least have Fresh or 1 years of experience in relevant industry.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong critical & analytical thinking skills.
Proficiency in English Language like writing & speaking.
