Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct Biochemical/ clinical tests individually under limited supervision, as per as per departmental processes of manual regular to make sure making of final reports on time.
- Support charge/ senior technologist in training/ teaching of junior students, staff and trainees as per procedures given as and when needed.
- Obey and support charge/ senior technologist in the execution of protective protocols as per laboratory safety manual regular.
- Ensure that necessary controls are applied with each batch/ test or as per needs according to Lab principles.
- Perform any other tasks as given by the manager/ group head laboratory.
- Reassures the appropriateness of specimens and confirms/ verifies attaining of samples in department via manually or computer regular as per laboratory policy.
- Injects and analyze samples without procrastination as per sample needs regular as per sample processing bench laboratory protocol.
- Incorporate patient’s information and tests into the computer or manually regular as per laboratory policy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Diploma in Medical technologist or Bachelor of Science.
- At least 1 – 4 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Strong understanding about clinical and biochemical testing procedures.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
