Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Classify sales opportunities, review account potential and track competitor activities.
- Make sure new products are added to formularies and maximize current business.
- Establish long-term relations with Key Accounts.
- Monitor stock levels, institutional orders and timely execution with IBR coordination.
- Make sure institutional discounts align with corporate pricing structures.
- Monitor IBR performance, handle payments, and make sure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Keep records, reach sales targets and establish long-term relation with key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for product presentations to formulary members and purchasing authorities.
- Facilitate communication throughout teams and deliver daily updates via regular call reports and meeting feedback.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
