Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Directing GMP’s internal audits comprising cleaning & sanitation, personnel hygiene, utilities, pest control, structure & building, cold store, waste management, canteen, calibration and external pollution control.
Leading internal audits as compulsory against ISO 9001, BRC, Kosher & Halal management regulations and also some customer desires such as SQMS, YUM etc.
Guiding internal audits on supply and more logistics necessities and attractive up with sales team for execution of mandatory helpful activities.
Directing Raw material and Packaging material like not including RM, Agri audits and make sure compliance to the seller declaration program comprising monitoring on the particular issues/ complaints.
Arrangement with 3rd party certification authorities for external audits purpose and keeping all the quality relevant certifications.
Assessment of text for the label (when there is requirement to change / develop the label) w.r.t. lawful needs (comprising but not restricted to PSQCA, PFA, SFA etc.) or any other customer particular obligation.
Completion of regulatory needs comprising PFA product cataloging, PSQCA registration, facility annual registration or any other (if required).
Accompanying root cause examination for all the concerns acknowledged from customers, sustaining the record and monitor on the needs.
Classifying training strategy w.r.t. food safety principles and customer needs and training the instructors on recognized areas.
Creating food safety culture strategy and directing the actions accordingly.
Evaluation of HACCP and relevant actions and able to achieve on monthly basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have BSc / MSc in food technology or relevant field from any reputed university.
At least 3 – 5 years of experience in QA roles in food industry.
Hands-on experience about execution of Quality & Food safety management.
Expertise as Lead Auditor regarding GFSI recognized principles.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
