Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Supporting the finance department and senior accounting subordinates with numerous tasks, including records, statements and preparing budgets.
Recording daily receipts.
Finishing the year-end analysis.
Reporting on debtors and creditors analyses.
Control prepayments and accruals.
Support in making of monthly payroll and related accounts tasks.
Provide assistance in managing payroll accounting regarding employees’ allowances.
Make sure deposit of E-filing of Salary tax returns on timely basis.
Effectively handle employees’ personal folder and maintain record on up-to-date.
Support in external audit procedure for on time completion of statutory audit needs of Company & PF accounts.
Handling monthly budgeting tasks.
Posting accounting entries for data processing.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have ACCA or relevant professional certifications.
At least have 4 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
Expertise in using MS Excel.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
