Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Modify records for terminations, new hires and changes in employment benefits or status.
- Make pay slips and manage issues relevant to payroll inconsistencies.
- Keep correct employee records, comprising leave, attendance and performance reviews.
- Make sure specific and bookkeeping on time, with correct posting of all accounting entries in ERP System.
- Assist day to day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Keep HRIS data and monitor visa compliance.
- Support in recruitment coordination, onboarding and HR activities.
- Handle personnel files and support in events and audits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Human resource or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ year of relevant experience in any industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office like word, powerpoint & excel.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
