Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keeping physical and digital employees records such as employment contracts and placement requests.
- Keep posted internal databases as per new hiring data.
- Make and communicate strategies and FAQ documents regarding company rules.
- Collect payroll data such as working days and bank accounts.
- Able to publish and remove job advertisements.
- Able to schedule job interviews and contact candidates as essential.
- Make reports and interpretation on HR-relevant metrics such as total number of hires by each departments.
- Establish onboarding and training material.
- Reply to employees questions regarding remunerations such as number of vacation days they’re entitled for.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mind and a robust go-getter attitude.
- Exceptional problem solving skills to solve employee concerns and HR tasks effectively and creatively.
- Strong understanding about employees issues and nurturing an assistance work setting.
