Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make and execute the internal audit tactics and annual audit plan.
- Supervise and handle internal audit staff, delivering support and guidance.
- Perform risk evaluation and classify areas for enhancement in processes and controls.
- Conduct and monitor audits of financial statements, compliance, operations and IT systems.
- Make and interpret audit findings and advises to upper management and the audit committee.
- Make sure compliance as per rules, related laws and industry protocols.
- Track and tracking on audit recommendations and corrective measures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, evolving risks and regulatory modifications.
- Support CEO in making of audit committee documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA/ CIA or relevant field.
- At least 3 – 8 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
