Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make essential quality management forms, make sure correct record-keeping by staffs.
- Manage the use of equipment and machinery.
- Oversee expenditure and make sure it is usable within budget.
- Resolve concerns when they emerges.
- Provide report on progress to engineers, managers etc.
- Allot daily and general duties.
- Oversee and provide training to workers and other staffs.
- Make sure manpower and assets are sufficient.
- Make sure of all safety protections and quality ethics are accomplished.
- Organize assignments as per importance and strategies.
- Generate timetables and oversee attendance of staffs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- At least 8+ years of experience in road construction or relevant industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in construction safety regulations and procedures.
- Recognized robust problem-solving and leadership abilities.
