Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make sure that stock maintenance by ongoing monitoring of shrinkage, inventory, build the optimal stock performance in quantity, quality and security targeting towards customer segments and ensure the company strategy.
- Handle inventories to have the suitable stock for the suitable customer at the right time and to increase the ROS.
- Making plan for seasonal activities to be in time with merchandising, reordering, planning & staff scheduling.
- Monitor department’s performance metrics on daily basis to make sure effective operations including procedural checks & operational procedures, seasonal activities planning monitor, shelf management checks, staff planning, organization of storage, and product presentation etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed university.
- At least have 4+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Strong Understanding with market knowledge, strategic planning, management proficiency, pricing, customer focus, vendor relationships, results driven, & client relationships.
