Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Emphasize financial data confidentiality and make database backups when needed.
Fulfill with financial regulations and policies.
Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns.
Perform Bank reconciliation.
Handle all accounting transactions.
Make budget forecasts.
Make sure timely bank payments.
Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow, make certain enough liquidity for operations.
Improve cash management approaches to improve working capital and cash flow.
Supervise the management of accounts receivable and payable.
Make financial statements, forecasts and business activity reports
Make monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Supervise Audit of financial documents and transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ CMA and Master’s from any reputed university.
At least 5+ years of experience in relevant industry.
Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
Fluent in English written and speak and able to speak Chinese is plus.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
