Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver soft skills and technical training to Sales force, enhancing SFKPI’s.
- Perform TNA for District Managers and MSRs and monitoring on results.
- Coordinate with District Managers and Sales Managers to fulfil training requirements in their teams.
- Provide training to new MSRs for efficient job execution.
- Establish and execute training programs to improve field force performance.
- Deliver on-the-job training to District Managers and filed force as required.
- Coordinate with sales, hr, marketing and BO on training-relevant projects.
- Modify and upgrade training content for targeted portfolios daily.
- Monitor and report monthly training outcomes and training KPIs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Science or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least have 5+ years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
