- Validate and verify seller invoices against POs and delivery notes.
- Make sure correct posting in ERP/ Accounting system.
- Collaborate with departments for payment schedules and approvals.
- Keep invoice records and support in audits.
- Make sure compliance with tax rules like WHT, GST and company policies.
- Perform reconciliation on weekly invoicing with airline statements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ B.Com/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 1 – 3 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
