  • The key responsibility of this role is to support the CIA in planning and executing the risk-based audit plan.
  • This role executes assignments independently and manages an audit team.
  • The job holder prepares a detailed scope of work in line with the Annual Audit Plan/ business requirements.
  • Mentioning objectives, priorities, detailing audit programs and the resources need.
  • The job holder conducts and manages audit meeting and prepares complete audit reports.
  • Assist Manager Internal Audit in monitoring and executing internal audit strategies, techniques and rules.
  • Implement internal audit tasks comprising comprehensive forecasting, audit analysis, and prepare report as per Internal Audit practices and auditing procedures.
  • Make sure that internal audit tasks are motivated on key risk capacities, and are achieved professionally and within time and resources.
  • Have an eye for identifying high level risks, assess mitigating controls, and report significant findings which could adversely affect KRN’s assets and/or reputation.
  • Audit Documentation findings and prepare audit reports in drafts, make certain that audit concerns are emphasized.
  • Hold audit-related meetings with management and provide advice and support on appropriateness of management’s Corrective Action Plan (CAP)
  • Perform feedback processes and follow-up of reported audit findings
  • Conduct research into new audit practices and enlighten recommendations for progresses to IA procedure, practices, and reporting etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Head of Internal Audit i.e., ad-hoc special assignments including investigations, inspections etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have CA, ACCA and ICMA Qualified or equivalent with related working experience with 7-10 years minimum, which is relevant to automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Furthermore, Experience with deep understanding for managing and handling Internal Audit cycle is anticipated with exceptional report writing abilities. Familiar Understanding with Oracle is desirable besides other skills are required such as critical skill and exceptional communication skill.
