- Comprehensive information of yarn dyeing methods like vat, disperse, reactive etc.
- Know-how of dye compatibility, fastness properties and shade matching.
- Perform testing procedures for shrinkage, color fastness & strength.
- Proficiency in shade matching, lab testing and defect analysis.
- Coordinate with R&D, production and customers for quality needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ MBA degree in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least 4 – 6 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Deep knowledge of ISO & other relevant quality certifications.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
