Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform finalization of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
- Make monthly MIS reports to take effective decision.
- Evaluate financial data and make financial models for business decision.
- Monitor occur financial performance and classify trends.
- Make monthly analysis of COGS and related to operational expenses.
- Find, mitigate and review probable operational enhancement as suitable based on discovery to create proposal for operational modifications like rules, processes, and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to make sure correct financial reporting.
- Classify and lead process enhancements and surge productivity by creating automated reporting and predicting tools.
- Collaborate with auditors to make sure suitable tracking of company finances is kept.
- Monitor functions of the accounting department for recording and reporting.
- Make monthly and annual accounts as well as perform bank reconciliation.
- Conduct GL mapping and tracking on monthly basis.
- Take system ownership to ensure all the accounting records and correctness with updating transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA/ CA qualified.
- At least have 4+ years of relevant experience in relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge in Excel, financial modeling and financial software like SAP, Oracle.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
