- Achievement of KPIs in form of products and network, parts sales, activities as per company’s policy.
- Outline grey line and take action to enhance to accomplish aims.
- Monitoring and efficient operations of warranty and delivering training assistance to dealers for progress.
- Building effective relationships with dealers and take measure for efficient operations.
- Ensure products and related parts obtainability within the area.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by rectifying their queries and concerns as per their policies.
- Coordinate with technical department for getting market feedback.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Sales, business administration from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Expertise in using MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
