Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Welcome and support insurance company representatives and relevant corporate clients, making sure an optimistic and proficient experience.
Rectify problems and queries from both general and insured corporate clients, delivering correct data and support on time.
Cooperate insurance authentication and pre-verification procedures for corporate patients, making sure compliance as per hospital rules.
Handle payment alignments and billing concerns for general corporate clients, obeying to hospital principles and policies.
Deliver data about hospital pricing, services and payment options to general corporate clients.
Keep correct records of billing information, insurance coverage and payment engagements, making sure classified and compliance as per privacy rules.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, business administration from any reputed university.
At least have +1 years of experience in relevant industry.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
