Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support walk-in customers and manage inquiries through social media, email and phone.
- Handle front desk operations, comprising call handling, visitor greetings and meeting scheduling.
- Keep and handle documentation like sales orders, stock lists and invoices.
- Constantly update and review collections as per campaigns, trends or user attributes.
- Plan, configure and handle discounts, vouchers and offers.
- Assist in gaining corporate sales goals and team performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with Marketing team members and product team members where required to assist in gaining the sales targets.
- Working under the supervision of CEO and Business Development Administration Manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Intermediate/ B.Com/ BA degree or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 01+ years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
